Karrie recently helped my husband and me buy our first home, and she was super helpful throughout the entire process! It took us over a year of looking at houses on and off to finally find "the one," and Karrie was patient and persistent the whole time. She checked in with us to see what we were thinking, but didn't pressure us at all. Karrie showed us any house we wanted to look at and offered helpful suggestions and thoughts about the property and neighborhood. She was phenomenal about working with the bank, the seller's realtor, and our attorney so we hardly had to do anything; she took care of it. Karrie was super responsive to our questions and texts, and we had a lot of those! Thank you for helping our family find our new home, Karrie!!

Working with Karrie was nothing less than excellent. We were debating on selling our house, worrying about the process of selling it, and trying to buy a new house at the same time. Karrie made the entire process start to finish perfect. She had our house under contract in less than 24 hours! She showed us multiple houses until we found the right one. She always answered questions extremely fast and was super responsive no matter what time of day. She made everything fun and exciting. I’ve dealt with a few realtors in the past but her service and dedication was hard to beat. She even recommend a mortgage company which made the process even easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again and will definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a house or condo. She has even kept in contact after the closing of our new house. Buying a home is never an easy process but Karrie completely took out the hard part for me. She was able to find me a home that fit my wants and needs and helped to manage all of the necessary steps I needed to take with the mortgage broker and lawyers. It was comforting to know that I could turn to Karrie no matter what my question was, and she would find the answer for me. She was more than a realtor, she acted as a liaison between all parties involved. I cannot thank her enough for her extra time, expertise, and patience! I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends!

She helped us get a great home in about 2 months. Also offers honest insight into what may or may not be quite right with homes that are possibly not be up to your standards.
